Pink October 2009

The month of October is pro-pink, which highlights Breast Cancer Awareness. So, again, let us all be reminded that women between 20 and 30 years old should have Clinical Breast Examinaton or CBE by a health professional every three years. Upon reaching 40, annual screening is required, which includes getting a mammogram.

Keep up a healthy lifestyle. Be active! Join or be a spectator to the following:

1. October 24th, Saturday - 3rd Annual Skate the Coast in Santa Monica, CA hosted by Boarding for Breast Cancer or B4BC.
2. October 25th, Sunday - Los Angeles Walk for Hope hosted by City of Hope
